In this Triptych Robert Thomas has taken one scene and split it into 3 paintings.
Hanakapia beach is only accessable by hiking along the coast of Kauai, or by boat. This secluded beach in one of Kauai’s hidden beauties.
Although Robert Thomas will call any painting he is working on his favorite, there are a select few he does favor more. It is not only the painting that captures him, it's the "memory of creating that specific painting" that really gets him.
